This month is Pregnancy and Infant Loss Awareness Month. Theresa from Grace-Full Nail Polish has organised donations from various indie nail polish makers that she is auctioning off. All proceeds from the Wave Of Polish Auctions will be donated to the cause. People are asked to light a candle at 7pm on October 15th in memory of those lost, and to do a mani if you can too. My nails have been in rehab for months now due to a medication ruining them but I’m bringing out my nubs for this.

Grace-Full Samara and Emma with KBShimmer Eyes White Open

I’ve used Grace-full Nail Polish Samara (blue) and Emma (pink), with KBShimmer Eyes White Open as a base on the ring finger. The two Grace-full nail polishes have a thin consistency but build up to opacity with two to three coats. They have some little dots in them that look to be tiny balls of pigment but you can barely notice them and they don’t affect application. KBShimmer Eyes White Open is my favourite white, it is a thick consistency but that makes it nice and opaque. I made the hearts using nail vinyls from Twinkled T. Unfortunately the hearts ran when I added top coat so I’ve decided they are watercolour hearts instead 😛

My heart goes out to anyone who has experienced a loss of a child. I hope you know that we are all here to support you.
